What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

North Island deliveries: $6.00

South Island deliveries: $6.50

Australia: $15

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via PayPal and Bank Transfer.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to have your purchase delivered within 3 – 5 working days from purchase.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway and no credit card details are stored in our site.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We package up your order for postage and we aim to have your purchase to you within 3 – 5 working days.

How can I return an item?

We have a 30 day money back policy.

If you wish to return your purchase for any reason please return your item to us on the return address listed on your package.

The item needs to be in it’s original condition (not soiled or used) and you will need to pay for the postage to return the item. We will refund you for the value of the item excluding postage (original postage cost to send you the item as well as for returning the item).

If your item is faulty or defective we will provide you with a full refund including postage.
